How shrinking freedom of press in Turkey brought me closer to Pakistan

I have friends and family members say beautiful things about Turkey (experiences they had there) .. Although I've not visited Turkey .. I've met quiet a few Turks .. And based on my personal experiences .. 2 states one soul..

We are poor brother .. But not betraying scumbags .. We remember and neither forget ...

Pakistan was doing well in the past and will do even better in the future i believe, keep investing in education.

If ther is someone who didn't understood freedom of speech are you. If we are able in Turkey to spread lies(as you manage) about a lot of things with out go to the jail. Then ther is more then freedom of speech.

When you are threatening berating Erdogan or Davudoglu then you can see the jail. Even in Europe you can't threat a leader of the state. You don't understand Turkey.

The issue is not about "Zaman" ???

Zaman is part of a group , which is nested in state organs, trying to control the state by themselves by shoving aside the legitimate government... The issue has never been about Zaman or Cihan....the issue is about Gulen movement.

Look, i'm not defending for AKP here, they are as much as guilty as them because they let them to be nested....but any move against Gülen movement is legitimate my eyes.

They are using Zaman as a media outlet and try to show it like "shrinking freedom of press"....how ever it's not the first and only Gülen movement coorperate that has came under fire. What about Koza, İpek, Bank Asya...etc. ?

FETO and its press tried to depict Turkey as an ISIS-supporter state (TIR and IHH operations) and this trial successfully worked in international area. Because of that we couldn't act against YPG/PKK invasion in North Syria! (More than that we had to help terrorists against ISIS in Kobane protests!)

Look at Syria map and you will see big yellow line along our Syria borders! I blame FETO and its media about that! Freedom of Press? To hell with that! We don't need to be tolerant of US media inside our country!
