How should PN counter the IN Carrier Battle Group

If they are so stealthy and have an unbeatable EW then what are Indians waiting for? Rather then the humiliation suffered by the IAF they should have on first attempt used IN.

Af after so much humiliation and even you could not attend the even Islamic conference and talking big mouth here.

Wasn’t the discussion about IAF / IN ? Why bringing in the discussion the IOC ?

The AC is sitting at these coordinates. Fire a few babar missiles

Using stealth drones to fire LRASM and MALD-J like missiles would be the best way to overwhelm a carrier battle group. Jammers are key. Degrading the enemy's radar, datalinks, and intercepting missiles own radars will increase the lethality of PN or PAF drone strikes.

Missiles launched from the bay of this would be able to be launched much close to the carrier battle group and not be detected.

Also Anti-ship ballistic Missiles should be built using the Shaheen 1A missile (900 km range), with a MARV warhead to increase kill probability.

Also CX-1 missile can be placed on top of a Ghaznavi or Shaheen 1A class missile to form a long range supersonic sea skimming antiship missile

What it means is I am getting my A$$ handed to me thus I need a distraction.

Our P3C Orion can fire Harpoons
JF-17 can Cm-400 and YJ-83
Sea King Helicopters can fire Harpoons
Frigates can fire anti ship missiles

Just send 6x JF-17 with Anti ship missile along 1x P3C orion with 8x JF-17 with dual rack SD-10 to take care of MiG's as support

And submarine

(3x Thunders carrying anti ship missile
4x Thunders Carrying SD-10 ) 2x Teams

Frigates and 2x missile boat on the sea
1 sub under water in support of frigate

Of all the ones you suggested, the only one that can get close enough to independently positively an enemy carrier battle group, launch on it, and have a chance to survive through self protection jammers would be the JF-17 with the CM-400AKG. Even the CM-400AKG would have to be launched in a high enough numbers to overwhelm the enemy's defenses. Somekind of conventional EMP warhead would have to be used in an early salvo to blind the enemy as much as possible, and then the 12-18 follow on missiles would have to come in maneuvering to their targets.

The other options would face SAMs or Enemy fighter escorts, or just anti-ship cruise missiles from enemy ships on our ships.

The US military developed an anti-ship version of their tomahawk CM (which has a ridiculous range as well know). This version was withdrawn from service in 1994. The anti-ship tomahawk was only recently "re-inducted" as the block-IV, which boasts anti-ship capability in addition to all the other things it can do. The reason for this is simple and something that a lot of these discussions miss.

Yes you have a weapon that can travel 2500 km but can you track your target at those ranges? Will you accidentally hit a merchant ship? Even the US didn't feel it was confident enough in its targeting capability. Only recently has their satellite coverage and image processing ability reached the level where they can find and target naval vessels using weapons with long ranges.

So when we talk about PN's CM arsenal we shouldn't obsess over ranges. Our ranges are already much further than what we can detect. As I understand, the Chinese help us out with satellite imagery but I don't know how sustainable of a model that is. We need satellites that monitor our area of operations. Then we need powerful image processing farms that can search through the satellite data and identify targets for us. All of this needs to happen in near real-time. As you can imagine this is VERY hard, but not impossible.

Here's a research group at IST doing research in something similar:
