I think they are oppressed by the Constitution of Dominion of India. And i totally agree with them.
Secularism has only favored Muslims in India who have used the system to practice their religious rights while making a mockery of Hindu religious sentiments.
Nehru's secular tendencies coupled with already established elites of the time favored a secular India and not according to the spirit of the terms of partition i.e. Hindu India and Muslim Pakistan.
