I am not sure about the indices but I take precaution before going anywhere. Most of the time pretend to be a local to be safe. Group of 3/4 people are pretty safe.

Fool, crimes like murder are the most likely to be recorded for obvious reasons.
I would like BD to work on reducing the murder rate to below 1 per 100,000 like in some EU countries.
