Ok, so we can essentially have two scenarios in this case;
Senario#1 India Decides to Use it Close to Our Port Cities
Out of Question, as it would be hit by a mine. Or Pakistani Air Force (PAF) with it's JF-17's would easily be able to go ahead and harass them, not to mention, if PN went full swing with hundreds of fast missile boats hit and run tactics.
Senario#2 The Open Seas [Near Oman]
In this scenario we can go ahead and see the true potential of such a threat, if India, were to go ahead and go to war with Pakistan, and let's say in a scenario that needed some supplies, it can easily not only hurt our merchant vessels but also go ahead and pressurize our supply lines.
Senario#3 Utopia ... [Most Probable Scenario]
If I was the PM of a country with a failing and aging ideology, where separatism is a proven theory (i.e. Pakistan and Bangladesh) and I wanted some propaganda to keep them in place and show off my stick as Stalin and Daddy Lenin did (Kashmir).
But you know to all of Indians out there, almost 300 Years ago a Man named Aurangzeb ruled India,
Look at the history on how quickly and decisively the fall came,
If we follow the British way of Division and Infiltration, btw there are a lot of similar-minded individuals we have in our neighboring country. Notably as seen by Operation
Operation Blue Star
It is easy to see:
"If as Pakistani's we are determined enough, and we use economics and do a swift Ideological Defeat to India, we can break it apart as we like."
Take USSR or the Romaov's for example, they failed to address the economic and political issues of their populace, and tried tyranny on their populace to keep them in place, it broke. The Indians are making the same mistake, If I was in charge of Pakistan, I would take the initiative and by means of technological and economic and internal infiltration I would go ahead and make a Deep State Sponsered by ISI, like FETO, but It's for the Muslims, and essentials in less than 100 Years, there would be only Pakistan as a dominating player.
As I like to say:
India is a lego, waiting to be broken piece by Piece.
