China is almost certainly an industrial power by any definition of the word.

STMicroelectronics is the largest foundry in Europe. They don't even have 28 nm technology, they were forced to license from Samsung.

The most advanced fabs in Europe are US owned - GloFo Dresden and Intel Ireland. They're both on 14 nm production, same as SMIC.

Your post is self-contradictory.

U acknowledge that china produces the goods that the world needs with its costs advantage(which isn't only its advantage BTW), yet goes on to refute that somebody else can replace the role that china plays in manufacturing goods, considering that money is what makes the world go round AND only China has the ecosystem n qualified population(for higher-end manufacturing) to produce those goods.
