I didn't, not planning to either. Relatively young and reasonably healthy, why on earth would I inject myself with a dead virus ? What is messed up with the whole thing is all this talk of vaccine passports just in case I have to travel out of India, even within India, it's pretty annoying to travel at the moment with a lot of states requiring either a jab certificate or a RT-PCR -ve report (within 2 days of travel) on entering.. as a result of which I have had to put plans on hold.

How are things in your country in terms of travelling between states/regions and cities ? Is your government making life difficult for you too with all the covid SOPs and regulations ?

Injecting dead virus is nothing new. Most of the vaccine which we provide to our children's including polio are based on same concept.

Basically injecting the virus which is not harmful (as it is dead) but has some of the properties of the same virus will het registered in immune system and as a result immune system will know how to fight this particular virus attacks.

This is basically training your immune system at an earlier stage.

On the other hand western and us based vaccine are more dangerous as they are designed to alter the programming of immune system which is much more dangerous.

However lets put it this way God forbid if u get infected and even get cured but what if u become a carrier for someone close to u whose immune system is not that much responsive ?

Will u be able to carry the burden that your decision cost life to someone ?

Your fears r right but we have no option to trust our governments scientists as our contribution to our society.

Rejecting based on being healthy or being to daring to get afraid a virus could be a bit selfish approach.

High risk groups should take it, my parents did, they are in and approaching their 70s and have few complications.. no problem with it, glad they did.

Let it be around 10 years at least is what I'd prefer, and for sure not be forced to take it. I think it is a reasonable position to have.

My folks took the jab, they're fully vaxxed as I said in another post in the thread.

My only problem is being forced to take it by the government or they make your life difficult.. can't travel, can't go to this that and the other.

As a relatively young and reasonable healthy man, I just don't want to be forced take it.
