How many aircraft carriers does the Islamic world have?

Think about this. The Japanese, British, Russians and Americans have had ACs about 70 years ago. Why can't a group of 1.6 Billion + people who claim to be Muslim not even develop one?

sorry to interfere in the UMMAH concept...but i dont think theres any kind of "GROUP"...even if we assume it to be...then i guess there are 52 islamic nations...if they build 1 (or maybe 2)...who will operate it and where??
