I could tell you that the patent laws in India are one of the most stringent and 'correct' as they don't grant patents on a variation of a molecule (designer drug comes from here) rather to a completely new molecule, which in turn encourages innovation instead of tinkering with the original drug which was effective earlier. OR I could contest your assertion that to cure sick poor people is indeed ethical and the drugs are not 'solely' used for india but exported to as far as Brazil, US and as near as China. But then i would be wasting my time.
