How IAF is gonna deal with PLAAF's huge 4.5/5 gen fleet?

. . .
I estimate that by 2020 ie 7 years time plaaf will have

500 flankers both Russian supplied and chinese built j11

300+ j10/fc20

300 mix bag of jf7 j8 l15 etc
100 bombers

First 50 j20 fifth gen fighters. And foc of the j60

well to counter that india will have on north eastern sector

1.180 SU 30 MKI/Super Sukoi MLU(with almost all capable of carrieng 3 bhramos ALCMs)

2.80-Rafale if the deal gets signed before next years election other wise they might be replaced by F18 or MIG 35

3.20 FGFA single seat version

backed by 5 phalcons and equal no's of indian made AWACS + a veriety of ground & aerostat based ASEA radars & a huge battery of Akash, SPYDER, MAITRI,LR&SR-SAMS

it will be good enof to hold PLAAF i think

You fools, the Chinese stand no chance against India's newest acquisitions.

Do you not think that it is a waste of resources for China to produce another 700 or so J-10-variant fighters?

It may be better to stop at 500 and then focus on making as many J-20/J-31 5th generation aircraft as possible.

Of course, it is likely that hundreds more J-10s will be produced for export by 2020

Except for the Russian supplied Su-27SKs Su-30MKKs, there is nothing decent in their inventory. J-11s are known for their shoddy workmanship. A news report came out earlier of their extremely poor manufacturing quality and capability. J-11BS was supposed to address those issues but even that project is in limbo with full scale production not commencing indicating even that has serious issues to deal with. J-10A is a joke which even China's little pet, Myanmar didnt laugh about, and rejected it. J-10B is even more of a joke with just a few planes flying here and there with no full scale production indicating it still has issues and not mature. J-15 is a certified piece of junk even derided by their own media. If a Twin engine plane such as the J-15 has such extremely poor load carrying capabilities and range then imagine what is the true specifications of J-10 junks. The rest of china's fleet is just as assorted array of MiG-21pf[old MiG-21 variants not even the BIS variant flown by the Indian air Force], MiG-19 junks, Su-15 loose copies[the J-8s] with poor maneuverability and radar capabilities, and JH-7 bomber junks with poor fighter capabilities.

So except the 125 odd Su-27SKs and Su-30MKKs, PLAAF is a giant corruption ridden joke, whose only advantage is numbers.

There are 900 A-5s ,J-7s and J-8 need to replace.
e.g. We produced J-7e until 2001 and J-7G until 2006 for PLAAF to replace J-6s and old J-7s.

At least they fly in sky not to kiss earth like yours.:omghaha:

Reliability of Chinese jets is overestimated here. A fifth gen fighter is far away even j10 is far from proven no need to shiver over these tin boxes.
