One or two more mods would be my recommendation. There's a lot of misbehavior and the existing mods are already overwhelmed or unavailable. It isn't fair to them, even though they are volunteers, that they should have to respond every-time someone whines about "trolling" or has their feelings hurt.

A few respected, non-biased members who maintain a high level of quality in their contributions that I've noticed are:

@SvenSvensonov

Who could be made the mod here - Americas - if there isn't one already (I haven't noticed a mod in that section, hence my proposal). He seems to be one of the best members here in terms of contribution, quality and moderate views.

And

@Nihonjin1051

who has been very respectful, well spoken and contributive.
