meee... you see around you couples chatting and eating... even the waiter rolls eyes and assigns you to a single seat in some corner, already calculating that he is not going to get reasonable tip... all you do is eat silently as ast as possible but not too ast coz it will be weirder.. so you iddle with your phone... count 20 between each mouthul may be.. it seems people are looking at you and judging so you look around once a while... so you inish the meal, pay the bill and get the uck out o the place.

thats what people think is good/aspirational thats why its trending.. its unlikely that ish ry or daal will be trending... although its staple ood in bd.

Probably goat. Everyone eats beef; though some more than others. Although people are eating increasing amounts of chicken due to its relative affordability. Punjabis love their chicken. Balochis love lamb and fish. Pashtuns love lamb and beef. Urdu-speaking people prefer goat and beef. Of course, it just depends on your family and their favorite dishes.

I don't know what it's like in England but in America most restaurants have seating by the bar. I've often seen people go and sit by themselves with a book and order a nice meal at the bar.

Try that. You might even meet a nice future companion.

Do they relate each other culturally or totally remain separate? Suppose a Bangladeshi and a Pakistani meet in a restaurant. Bangladeshi ordered Bengali 'Ilish Macher JHOL' (Hilsha fish curry) and Shutki bhorta (Smashed smelly dry fish with spices) with bhath (Boiled plain non-aromatic rice). Will the Pakistani eat the dish if offered?

Well here in Malaysia i have many Bengali friends and i think mostly Pakistanis can not eat smelly fish. i have tried few times but felt like vomiting as we are not use to it. We can usually eat fish which don't have much smell and should have some taste with spices. I did try meat and chicken made by my Bengali friends and i found it quite similar to us and delicious too.
