I am doing them a favor to understand more about China, especially those brainwashed by Western media. Mutual understanding is the start of friendship, which can bring about the true peace to this planet.

We do need to realize that there are too many new housing being built in smaller cities, and that is contributing to a real estate bubble. Prices will continue to go up in first tier cities, stabilize in second tier cities, and drop in third/fourth tier cities.

The theory is correct in certain aspects, but its flawed in the assumption that it seems to take only the negative aspects of China's population. So whatever progress one is seeing is now buoyed up by Chinese consumerism helping stem the decline of its production demand vis a vis global demand for Chinese products along with the odd effect of improving manufacturing efficiency that less Chinese are now needed to make the same thing. Chinese business owners are not stupid and will do their best to increase their profits if it means cutting jobs or shutting down older business lines.. yet the population growth rate will not let this balance out.

What is going to happen eventually is that China will need to either create demand for new items to sustain or focus on a Defence industry as an alternative buoy to its other ancillary industries...just like America.. it will learn that a proper focused war effort can have short term dividends if managed effectively.
