Do you even know what is wildfire? What are the chances the US military intentionally allowed the place to burn?
did the US coastguard or navy go to evacuate the people?Do you even know what is wildfire?
US military handle fire the other way around, not to put them out, what do you want the US military to do? Each go take a water bottle and put them out?
Wildfire usually cannot be extinguished by men, and it had to burn out or put out by rain, you are talking about an area in sq kilometer with temperature burn over 2000F.

how many people can you evacuate with helicopter or RIBS? You are talking about tens or even hundred of thousands of people in the area.did the US coastguard or navy go to evacuate the people?
I lived in Blacktown, 30min drive from Blue Mountain, Bushfire/Wildfire are an annual thing for us. People never lived under these condition don't know what bushfire or wildfire can do, it's not a blaze you can send in your firefighter to put out. Volunteer Firefighter don't put out fire in this part of town like fireman with firehose does, they backburn or control burn (yes, they burn more) and clear the area of debris so the fire won't spread.Because they probably have heavy anti-fire zones around the bases. Ditches, clearings and other measures.
so no attempts by the coastguard & military personnel due to smoke...i dont think that is a nice excuse.how many people can you evacuate with helicopter or RIBS? You are talking about tens or even hundred of thousands of people in the area.
Also, you are not talking about Flood, wildfire generate a lot of smoke, you can't fly chopper or pilot boat when you get low visibility.
There are rescue, but not "fly in" or "drive in"so no attempts by the coastguard & military personnel due to smoke...i dont think that is a nice excuse.
something could have been done to save as many lives as possible.....
Your usual 3rd world ignorance...can you stick with posting in your nativeWhat are the chances the US military intentionally allowed the place to burn?

Ohh, triggered. As usual diversion rather than answering the question. Why no warning to the residents? I find it impossible that they didn't know about the fire. After spending about 900 billion, you can't tell me that they had no clue the fire was approaching.
