Even if it was possible for the hot air from Coal-fired plants in Rajasthan to cause heatwaves in Karachi, the prevailing wind direction at this moment (Monsoon) doesn't support this ridiculous theory!

The general direction of the convection currents during monsoon is from south-west towards north, north-east. Not in reverse direction which is exactly where Karachi is located in reference to Rajasthan!
