When I was young, I was seduced by Hayek, Adam Smith, Milton Friedman. I would argue against Stalin, Mao or Ho Chi Minh, who were denigrated by the west as a tyrant.

As I grow older, and read more, I began to realize Mao was the greatest human being for the millennium. A genius, a warrior and statesman.

Reading the book of Mao increase my wisdom greatly.

In 1945, China was being defeated even during the last days of WW2. By 1950, she defeated US despite China was still as weak industrially as 1945.

Yes, there were a lot of issues of withholding checks for immigrate worker in China in early 2000s. It triggered a lot of my angers every time I read such news when I was still in China.
I remember Gov even requested those small construction companies put deposit(some percentage of total worker's salary) in Gov or bank around that time if I remember correctly.
Luckily this has been largely solved in past decade.

But again what does it to do with this conversation? I guess comprehension is not your strength?

Largely solved? The abuse is still going on. Like the domestic workers abuse in hongkong. Get It. Chinese overseas workers remains one of the world most exploited. They just get better at hiding it. I'm just using them as an example why nothing will ever get done.

Al Jazeera recently did an expose about the condition of workers working in one of the Cambodian casino. It ain't good I tell you that.
