President Zardari, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani and Chief Minister Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and NFWP congratulated the hockey team. President announced the reward of 100,000 Rupees for the Hockey team. Prime Minister is hosting a dinner in Prime Minister Secretariot. Rehman Malik said he will be going to the Airport to receive our Hockey team back

Whoever India or Pakistan win the world cup it will be good for revival of hockey in Sub-continent.


I am not predicting win for any of the side at the moment because both the teams are facing worst period of their hockey.

Pakistani members lets Pray for Indians will pray for theirs and i believe whoever plays well will win.

Or whoever is favoured by the ampires will win :p

Yup. Thats why i am praying that our boys could sustain the pressure from an unfriendly crowd. Because once disrupted and resumed again then it will be difficult for our team to play without pressure

I just mentioned the truth that indians cannot face defeat and will ruin the match if they found themy self in loss!
Does that make me a looser?
And since when you yankies became interested in field hockey world cup?
I hope you also know that this cup was suppose to be held in Pakistan but india organised bomb blasts in Pakistan and manged to shift the world cup to india.... cheating is written all over the wall..
In todays match Pakistan has to face biased refreeing and hostile crowd.... which is a fact.
I just hope our team come back home alive.
