Hizbul Chief Syed Salahuddin Warns Pakistan Over Rajnath Singh's Visit

Ohh.. If they are not fighting for religion, why did Kashmiri pandits have to leave.. hundred thousand killed... so many refugees chased away from their land.. raped and what not.. ?? aren't kashmiri pandits ethnic people ?? what about their opinion ?

Kafir opinion you mean?

Kill the dissidents and ask for referendum then after ? Voila, UN is fool and so do India.

Jannat na kisi kafir ko mili hai na milegi. That's freedom struggle right @Azlan Haider ?

Fighting for freedom is good but keeping own children from harms way and putting other's kids on path of definite death is hypocrisy

Fighting for Freedom is a Foolish Cause ??

Who said these famous words; “Tum mujhe khoon do, main tumhe azadi dunga” (You give me blood, and I promise you freedom) ?

Yes, It was Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, The Prince of Patriots (in words of Gandhi)

Ambedkar rightly said that Bose, Not Gandhi, Ended British Rule In India.

Were Chandra Shekhar Azad and Bhagat Singh terrorists who lost their lives for a foolish cause ?

As they say, "One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter," ...

They were Freedom Fighters for the Indians fighting for the freedom of Occupied India, and they were Terrorists for the British

Today, Burhan Wani and other Kashmiris fighting the Indian Forces in Occupied Kashmir are Freedom Fighters for the Kashmiris, and they are Terrorists for the Indians.

No oppression lasts forever.

The Kashmiri Freedom Fighters will always be remembered as legendary heroes by the Kashmiris in the same way as Indian Freedom Fighters are remembered and cherished as heroes by the Indians today..

It's a matter of time only ..

Even our shiv sena does the same thing here in India also.

If he is not welcome let the Home Minister not go! Simple. Why go to a country where you are being threatened??

By that logic even the Christian religion is alien to Indian subcontinent, so are the Parsi, so is the Jewish faith etc.

Likewise, so is Hinduism in the West.

Your point is muted.
When Did We sent invading forces To your Europe And West Christian come as Missionary
Jews come as Refugees So are zoroastrians From Iran after being Persecuted

Jihad means "struggle" ... Not Holy War ....

In the same report it says "Pakistan has no locus standi on Kashmir" after Simla 72.

And since Kashmiris were not the party in original dispute in 47, based on ICJ report, perhaps dissident Kashmiris can file another case in UN. Pakistan part is over for good, live with that.

That noble man completely destroyed the previous civilization of India. Harrapa and mohanjdaro are the examples. They massacred the native residents and rest of them spared to live under shameful conditions
1- You can't have any occupation except begging.
2- You can't adopt any religion.
3- you can't build any house, live in tants.
4- No education

Today those native indians are still among us in every city every street of sub continent.

Then you create the arya (noble) samaaj consists of four casts, no need to mention the condition of especially the fourth one, you know better than us.
Child Do you Even Know What advance genetic Studies Our
Read

The first such study dates back to 1999 and was conducted by the Estonian biologist Toomas Kivisild, a pioneer in the field, with fourteen co-authors from various nationalities (including M. J. Bamshad).9 It relied on 550 samples of mtDNA and identified a haplogroup called “U” as indicating a deep connection between Indian and Western-Eurasian populations. However, the authors opted for a very remote separation of the two branches, rather than a recent population movement towards India; in fact, “the subcontinent served as a pathway for eastward migration of modern humans” from Africa, some 40,000 years ago:

We found an extensive deep late Pleistocene genetic link between contemporary Europeans and Indians, provided by the mtDNA haplogroup U, which encompasses roughly a fifth of mtDNA lineages of both populations. Our estimate for this split [between Europeans and Indians] is close to the suggested time for the peopling of Asia and the first expansion of anatomically modern humans in Eurasia and likely pre-dates their spread to Europe.”

In other words, the timescale posited by the Aryan invasion / migration framework is inadequate, and the genetic affinity between the Indian subcontinent and Europe “should not be interpreted in terms of a recent admixture of western Caucasoids10 with Indians caused by a putative Indo-Aryan invasion 3,000–4,000 years BP.”

The second study was published just a month later. Authored by U.S. biological anthropologist Todd R. Disotell,11 it dealt with the first migration of modern man from Africa towards Asia, and found that migrations into India “did occur, but rarely from western Eurasian populations.” Disotell made observations very similar to those of the preceding paper:

“The supposed Aryan invasion of India 3,000–4,000 years before present therefore did not make a major splash in the Indian gene pool. This is especially counter-indicated by the presence of equal, though very low, frequencies of the western Eurasian mtDNA types in both southern and northern India. Thus, the ‘caucasoid’ features of south Asians may best be considered ‘pre-caucasoid’ — that is, part of a diverse north or north-east African gene pool that yielded separate origins for western Eurasian and southern Asian populations over 50,000 years ago.”

Here again, the Eurasian connection is therefore traced to the original migration out of Africa. On the genetic level, “the supposed Aryan invasion of India 3000-4000 years ago was much less significant than is generally believed.”

Why are the "freedom fighters" all sunni?

.
FYI, the like of Burhan Wani and the Hurriyat ( rather a small minority in Kashmir ) they are nothing but Pakistani paid stooge's ..........

Rather a small minority ?? How many attended the funeral of Burhan Wani ? Hundreds of thousands ? Kashmir is still on the boil following the killing of Burhan. And if you are so sure that it's just a small minority that wants freedom from India, why not hold a plebiscite and settle this dispute once and for all ?

Ohh.. If they are not fighting for religion, why did Kashmiri pandits have to leave.. hundred thousand killed... so many refugees chased away from their land.. raped and what not.. ?? aren't kashmiri pandits ethnic people ?? what about their opinion ?

The nature of that planned exodus remains controversial. However, there is no denying that Kashmiri Pandits do have a say in the matter of accession of Kashmir (to India or Pakistan). This is their inalienable right. Those Muslims who were expelled from Jammu and other parts of Kashmir in 1947 (by Hindus and Sikhs) are still registered as 'Kashmiris' (no matter where they live in Pakistan), and they do participate in AJK General Elections held every four years. Similarly Kashmiri Pandits can move to any part of India and stay registered as "Kashmiris" and participate in J&K elections or plebiscite. Kashmir is the unfinished agenda of Partition. Millions (Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs) were forced to migrate. So were the Kashmiri Pandits. What's the big deal ?

Ghaur se parh Parho bhai, Ainak Laga k  :

About Simla Agreement, the ICJ report says:

.....The Simla Agreement is clearly binding on Pakistan and deprives the Pakistan Government of lociu dtandi to intervene in Jammu and Kashmir. However, the peoples of Jammu and Kashmir were not parties to the Agreement and neither India nor Pakistan, both of which had conflicts of interest with the peoples of Jammu and Kashmir can be regarded as having authority to bind them. The members of the ICJ mission do not see, therefore, how the Simla Agreement can be regarded as having deprived the peoples of Jammu and Kashmir of any rights of self-determination to which they were entitled at the time of the Agreement... (p.92)

And

Both India and Pakistan should recognise and respond to the call for self-determination for the peoples of Jammu and Kashmir within its 1947 boundaries, inherent in the relevant United Nations resolutions. The United Nations should re-activate its role as a catalyst in this process. (p.98)

Cheeky attempt at false propaganda. From your own link, p-85:

«Any attem pt aimed at the partial or total disruption of th e n atio n a l u n ity an d th e te rrito ria l in te g rity of a country is incompatible with the purposes and principles of the C harter of the United Nations.* It is thus apparent th at the reference to all peoples having the right of self-determmation cannot be read as giving an automatic right of se lf-d eterm in atio n to an y g ro u p w h ich could rea so n a b ly be regarded as constituting a «people».

Check your own link for a better formatted text.

And if you google, then:
Jihad= (among Muslims) a war or struggle against unbelievers.
Mujahideen= Holy warriors of Islam.

And your hero Burhan Wani clearly stated many times about his goal of creating an "Islamic State". Your futile attempt at whitewashing the truth won't change the facts. Come back when you can get the world on your side in real terms.

In the same report it says "Pakistan has no locus standi on Kashmir" after Simla 72.

Aare baba all these things he has posted multiple times, all these things were debated and refuted multiple times, but he keep on copy-pasting it in multiple threads...someone talked about repeating a lie multiple times or something like that...he follows those words and keep quoting selective texts.
