Syed Salahuddin in rally has threatened to stop Rajnath Singh for his visit to attend SAARC meet.

  1. Salahuddin threatens to stop Rajnath Singh's visit
  2. Rajnath Singh to visit Islamabad for SAARC meet
  3. Visit comes amid rise in Indo-Pak tensions over Kashmir

At a rally in Lahore on Sunday, Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin threatened to stop Home Minister Rajnath Singh when the latter visits Islamabad next week to attend a SAARC meet.

Accusing the Home Minister of "deploying soldiers in Kashmir to shed the blood of innocents", he warned the Pakistan government against welcoming Mr Singh.

The Pakistan government is yet to react to the comments.

Although the Indian government has made it clear that there will be no bilateral meeting between Mr Singh and Pakistani leaders during the SAARC ministerial conference on August 4, the visit comes amid a sharp rise in tensions between the two countries.

According to sources in the Home Ministry, Mr Singh is expected to bluntly ask Pakistan to stop sponsoring acts of terror in India and also raise the issue of slow pace of probe into the Pathankot airbase terror attack, which was carried out by Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammad, and the trial into the Mumbai terror attack case.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had made provocative statements on the Kashmir situation in the wake of terrorist Burhan Wani's killing on July 8.

Burhan Wani was a wanted commander of the banned terrorist organisation Hizbul Mujahideen.

Praise Wani, Mr Sharif also said that "Kashmir will one day become Pakistan", a comment which evoked a sharp reaction from External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, who said his dream of the state becoming a part of his country "will not be realised even at the end of eternity".

This should be interesting. Even Hafiz Saeed supposedly is against this visit by Rajnath Singh.

Fighting for Freedom is a Foolish Cause ??

Who said these famous words; “Tum mujhe khoon do, main tumhe azadi dunga” (You give me blood, and I promise you freedom) ?

Yes, It was Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, The Prince of Patriots (in words of Gandhi)

Ambedkar rightly said that Bose, Not Gandhi, Ended British Rule In India.

Were Chandra Shekhar Azad and Bhagat Singh terrorists who lost their lives for a foolish cause ?

As they say, "One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter," ...

They were Freedom Fighters for the Indians fighting for the freedom of Occupied India, and they were Terrorists for the British

Today, Burhan Wani and other Kashmiris fighting the Indian Forces in Occupied Kashmir are Freedom Fighters for the Kashmiris, and they are Terrorists for the Indians.

No oppression lasts forever.

The Kashmiri Freedom Fighters will always be remembered as legendary heroes by the Kashmiris in the same way as Indian Freedom Fighters are remembered and cherished as heroes by the Indians today..

It's a matter of time only ..

^^ All oppressors say similar things ... But no oppression lasts forever .. The Tyrant Indian Regime will have to vacate Kashmir ultimately . Kashmir belongs to the Kashmiris. And it has become abundantly clear that Kashmiris are not going to bow down to any form of Indian aggression .. India will do itself good by seeing the writing on the wall ...

And Better worry about your own education system kid. It sure needs a lot of improvement.

India got freedom through Nonviolence ... let them follow our heritage ... we will listen ... else it is just firing practice

Kashmir freedom fighters are fools without any planning or idea ... why they are not asking Islamic countries raise their voice in UN and other similar bodies ..... nothing just once or twice by Pakistan

Those guys in Kashmir are fighting for Islam and 'Islamic Khilafat'; not for 'freedom' per se. And fighting for nationalism based on religion is certainly a 'foolish cause' in our book. You are free to disagree, but it changes nothing on the ground.

Bihar belongs to Biharis, Gujrat to Gujratis , Maharastra to marathas etc. This is not how a country works. They have valid citizenship, they are free to elect who they want, and their chosen government will provide them what they want. All the government positions in Kashmir including the Police offficers are native Kashmiris.

No, they are not. Stop your lies and propaganda.

They are fighting for their right to Self-Determination

The fundamental principle of self-determination which the United Nations, Pakistan and India and the entire international community have pledged to the Kashmiri people is not subject to prescription. The Kashmiri people have risen to secure this right to self-determination which they have been denied for decades.

Neither Bihar, Nor Gujrat are disputed territories. Whereas, Under International Law, Kashmir is a disputed territory whose final accession to India or Pakistan (in accordance with the will of People of Kashmir) is yet to be decided
