I have never really understood the Aryan Theory though. It says that Indians, Iranians, Germans were one people from Central Asia right? who then spread out in different directions?

Many Historians have their own views. Few sees it that Aryans came from Iran till North India and then few migrated to Europe. While there are many scholars who believe Migration started from India (Current Pakistan) to both the side. Well I have none of my opinion to accept any but I am sure there were surely no migration took place from Europe as Aryan's history/civilization is way older that Europians.
