HINDUVTA’S KILLING HINDUISM

dont be so sure of converting economic achievements into votes.. shining India did not work for vajpayee..
this time expectation is high among modi supporters, and lots of people wanted to simply punish congress(bjp got benefitted).. and then there were religious polarization in UP and kashmir...
Basically this number came because everything worked in favour of BJP, not that easy next time.

India shining failed because shine was too shallow. Economic growth ,though robust, has not been there for long enough time to percolate to ground and there was raging inflation at that time. 7% growth over period of three four years would be enough to get NDA elected back to power.

Whatever it does, NDA is not expected to repeat 2014 performance, but you need only 272 seats to form government, not 338 as it has now.

.
I can assure you differences are not as pronounced as you think. Sangh parivar knows that Modi is in power because of cult and is ok with him havig it till he promotes the right wing agenda in power. It is a temporary sacrifice to make use of political power to achieve their ideological ends. The day he stops seriously pushing that, they will drop him. You have any doubts? Eighty years they've stayed out of power without making a single compromise on their ideology, they never struck a compromise with congress for power. They can drop modi and wait another 30 years without power- no issues. Ideology is uncompromisable. And that ideology is hindu rashtra.

I have pointed it out to people before- development is our expectation. And who cares a flying f**k about our expectations anyway? The RSS don't. If a 20 year civil war is needed that destroys all of development but will get a Hindu Rashtra at the other end, do they care? They won't hesitate a moment and will unleash that civil war. Modi is their man and he is there because of them. Whether Modi delivers development/ economic growth or not, he had better deliver that hindu rashtra to them. That's why Modi will never curb them. They come first, India's people come second. That's how this works.
How did BJP-PDP alliance come about? Was it not a dilution of ideology.... Ram Madhav was directly involved in the compromise.. and they have secretly compromised on many things( the shock and anger is for public consumtion).

well why do you think its going to be different.. UP made a massive difference, and polarization was a big factor. You cant always count on a riot( or may be you can.. lolz)
Is not govt trying to ignore inflation for now, and pushing for a rate cut to boost growth? What if 'anti-farmer' label sticks. There are so many things which can go wrong.

I can assure you it's not as much of a compromise as it looks. The idea that RSS is somehow going to compromise is a very very flawed belief. To them power is nothing, ideology is everything. This is an 'expriment' to use the political power to forward Hindu Rashtra. Nothing else. There is no liberal softening in the background. To this day the RSS maintains the upper edge over the BJP. Majority of the organizing strength behind the BJP today is the RSS shakha. So if someone gets an idea that they can double-cross them they will switch them off and throw them to pasture. Besides, the key members of the govt. are basically RSS confidantes. Modi was made 'prime ministerial candidate' because of RSS. What do you think would have happened if Advani was PM candidate? BJP would have still won, maybe with a somewhat reduced majority- but still won. Senior Advani was thrown out why? Because of his statements at the Jinnah Masoleum. After that 'enormous' crime, he stood no chance despite his seniority and someone who had proven his credentials as a kattar Hindutvavadi was selected over him. And it helped that this candidate had created an aura of 'development' and 'Gujarat model' around him.

Take your father's d!ck out of your mouth and start replying properly ,if you want to reply, or don't reply at all.

Due to loud mouth vhp/rss we are having parliament disruptions almost everyday and with a meagre strength in rajya sabha, nda will not be able to push 1 reform without opposition help.Any responsible party should understand this and try to break the jam instead of worrying about an anti conversion law.

Rajya sabha is in deadlock because Congress want a deadlock. They are even blocking reforms like amendment in Land acquisition act too.

And contrary to what people think, BJP does not need help of congress for anything except GST bill. For ordinary bills, BJP could take ordinance route.

Communal polarization played a role only in West UP which has close to 20 seats. Central and Eastern UP were won by BJP because of paradigm shift taking place in politics of these states. People of these state (UP, Bihar, Bengal) are gravitating towards national parties because of three decades of mismanagement by regional parties. The whole generation which supported caste based parties without giving a damn about governance is either dead or dying. Whatever residual caste baste loyalties were there in UP were also negated by Modi being an OBC, a card which he played in Eastern UP.

Had congress not been beyond dead party, it too could have reaped benefit of this shift.

we can always agree to disagree.. I dont want to see a huge org like RSS as a monolith.. with perfect cadre and ideology.. working tirelessly towards its endgoal over 70 years...
if a top RSS wallah like Advani can praise Jinnah knowing well whats going to happen, why do you think every other RSS guy has exactly same idea/vision. Besides people grow once they come out and take real challenge of governance. Some might remain nominally RSS supporter just to get electoral support.

There is deflation in economy of the tune of -1.8%. There is too much headroom for rate cut in order to boost growth.

Who killed who in Punjab in 80s? who killed who in Gujarat? Indian killing Indians, wasn't it?
isolated incidents and nothing compared to the 50 thousand killed in Pakistan over the past decade and a bit, apna ghar sambhalo before gloating over Indians fighting on tv news :coffee:

@SrNair Regarding Missionaries, I agree with you Let me tell the situation in AP from 2004-2014

In the last 11 Years.
Many people haven't converted because they wanted Jesus or that missionary nonsense. They converted for the facilities the missionaries were offering them & what the govt. wasn't :- the right to use schools, hospitals, money to pay for the treatment of their family members have better houses, moremoney etc.
[YSR very conveniently didn't do any development for the people, all to aid the missionaries]

And when the converts become the majority in a village or they convince the landlords to convert, it becomes worse for the Hindus in the village
I have read news reports(Telugu) of a family saying they converted so that they could get money to treat their son who was dying..
I have also seen ads from Sakshi(a paper owned by YSR's son Jagan) where missionaries are offering free surgeries+freebies for those who convert to Christianity & attend church for 1 month

Add to that the Government (Centre & state)under YSR(who is himself a Christian) actively encouraged them.. In fact under YSR they had the guts to target the 7 Hillocks of Tirumala Hills(the abode of Tirupati Balaji) where they wanted to build a church.
1)Evangelism rocks Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams (TTD) again | IndiaFactsIndiaFacts
2)Evangelist Arrested for Proselytising on Tirumala -The New Indian Express
3)TTSS condemns ‘evangelism at Tirumala’ - The Hindu

This is happening NOW, So you can imagine how bad it was a few years back

YSR's Son in Law himself is a MIssionary!!![
Check this "miracle" of his :-

Some 10-15% of AP (Seema-Andhra) has converted to Christianity.. A large part of this entire section voted for YSRCP on the orders of the padre/priests. I heard that in some areas they forced TDP Christian supporters to swear on their Family members & the bible that they would vote for YSRCP.

& even after YSR's death with the approval of Sonia Gandhi & many other Christians in the Congress, they continued their work. After the victory of Modi & CBN, they lost govt. patronage & it comes till today

Many Missionary groups in AP & TG have been banned from working in India. Some 1141 of them if I'm not wrong.
Add to that they are having problems in obtaining funds due to the strict steps being taken by the govt. which is monitoring the flow of money from abroad to NGOs.

Also Dharmic groups have found their spirit & are actively involved in ghar wapasi programs across both states. :)
When YSR was around they received a thrashing from all sides & were tightly monitored to make sure they didn't pose any problems for the missionaries..
But now he is gone :)

Thousands are reconverting to Hinduism,.. it's not enough seeing the conversions that have taken place the last few years.
But it's a fantastic achievement seeing how inactive these groups were the last 10 years

& people are now reconverting because they have realised the lies of the missionaries. Also now the govt. instead of the missionaries(who lack money) will work towards development & giving them proper facilities :) .
And the lesser they depend upon the missionaries & the more development that happens, people will reconvert in large numbers with the ghar wapasi programs which are going on.
