India is within its right to deport her, Myanmar is the one that needs to be questioned on why they can't provide security to a 14yr old girl.

India is doing no wrong,along with her all 4 lakh Rohingyas should be deported.

We are not a signatory of refugee convention and we are not a dharamshala for anyone.

Rohingyas have butchered Hindus in mayanmar, rioted in India and have been involved in all illegal activities including terrorism.

They will never be included here.
