Hindus returning to Pakistan

For all the bad you hear about interior Sindh, Sindhis rarely migrate out of Sindh
Which makes me feel suspect about conditions of interior Sindh
I’m a Punjabi from interior sindh have been there since before Pakistan was even an idea, migrated to sindh in late 1800s.
I can assure you interior sindh is bad. There’s reasons why people don’t migrate out of interior sindh. Migrating out will just make things much harder because in interior sindh we at least have schools (although shit quality of education), jobs (although not based on merit rather quota and bribes) and homes. Migrating will mean we don’t even have that. Also cuz of Sindhi nationalism many ethnic Sindhis support ppp and would never want to leave sindh. My area in sindh is very anti ppp tho we have pmln (f) but even then the people would not migrate out because it’s very hard to. At most they migrate to Karachi to get better education and jobs but nowadays Karachi isn’t much better. My parents migrated to Karachi to get education and then from there to Canada. Interior sindh it’s easy to just survive because it’s easy to get jobs easy to go to school and easy to live but that’s basically it. We don’t have good roads, we often have water issues for our lands, we have bad quality of education but it’s easier to just live and survive there. It might sound confusing but ppp have made it very easy for people of interior sindh to just survive and live but very hard for us to progress. Waderas don’t really effect average people of interior sindh like outsiders think. So even for all it’s bad it’s still easier to continue living in interior sindh than migrate to a new foreign land.

Because our societies are full of idiots who're target our own people let alone a vulnerable minority that happens to share the same religion with your archnemesis?

When they made the decision to leave and live in peace in Hindustan they should have remained committed. To return empty handed is a rather weak excuse. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to return to a place that I once accused of oppression. What kind of a conscious is that?

.
..so India is not giving special treatment to Hindus? :laughcry:

It's not an accusation; it's a fact. I support the return of Assyrian people to Turkey. They're a small and vulnerable minority with no aspiration for political power and so are the few actual Pakistani Hindus. I don't see any harm in welcoming a couple of Hindus. You're blowing this out of proportion.

When I accuse a country of oppression and other nasty behavior I migrate to another safer place that assumingly is better. This is exactly what the Hindu population did before moving out of Pakistan to India. Now they have returned to Pakistan red faced after finding out that India wasn't the promised land. I wouldn't welcome such treacherous people back into my land. What is the point of returning to a country that you once maligned and accused of all sorts?

You are not a Turk, are you? You are an Indian, right? Why are you so concerned about the plight of Pakistani Hindus?

There are many Pakistani people living in ultra 'sickular' Western societies and indulging in supposedly unislamic behavior while dreaming of living in Dar-al Islam aka Pakistan. We all are not perfect. Besides, the Hindu community in Pakistan was under threat by extremists. This is a well-known fact.

They left and they shouldn't have come back. They came back despite their horror stories and their case has no validity now.

I know I am angry at Thier decision and this is by no means a justification for Thier action which is condemnable

But we as people live in our bubbles and rarely interact with all the diversity of our country

YouTube maulana went and visited a temple, he was asking the dumbest and most ignorant questions

Hindus in the temple were mostly light skinned, he said you guys look Muslims not Hindus, I have not seen light skinned Hindus (before people start pulling racist card maulana Sahab was a Urdu speaking muhajir so he can't be racist )

He probably never realized that they are quite literally us so they'll act, look, think, dress, speak like us

His thinking of Hindus was probably that of those ganges hindutava people, that's the only Hindu he envision when he thinks of a Hindu
He can't envision a native born Pakistani Hindu, that's not just him that a lot of people especially in the North Punjab, pakhtunkhwa, gilgit etc who rarely get to interact with em

If we are that ignorant than we can never know the real issues that happen day to day

This ignorance extent to not just relgious but also our lack of knowledge about each other and our history, culture, traditions cause of living in bubbles and lack of interaction

Nobody leaves home willingly (exception is opportunists which is minority), It's not easy to live in Sind especially interior under feudal. Ones who have money migrate to western countries, these guys were poor so max they could afford was go to Hindustan but that place proved to be worse for them. Hope Sind will kick out PPP in up coming election, only then there's some hope of situation becoming better.

There are lots of Hindus who left Bangladesh to go to India as well, but did not like it and returned. probably close to 2% of entire Bangladesh population.
