There is nothing here against Hindus or against India, or even against Hinduism.
This is mostly about persecution and social stratification of lower castes in Bharat by the superior Brahmins.
And of Dalits too by the Brahmins, Dalits are out of caste, untouchables.
This issue needs to be raised globally and I don't know why it's not done. West is too busy with China and despite looking down on Indians they don't think it's a good time to offend Hindus.
Pakistan could take the lead. Like India banned triple talaq (it's not like they care about Muslim women, just to make Islam look bad), Pakistan or Bangladesh can ban untouchability. A bill that states no human is untouchable or Dalit, and that caste system cannot be used for marriage. A largely symbolic act. Food for thought.
