Doesnt speak about HS's innocence. Just about the sincerity (or lack there of) of Pakistan in prosecuting the terrorists. But thats a different discussion. Here you brought up Col Purohit (where also the proofs are being examined and he is not yet convicted). He is still in jail, where as the chief terrorist in Pakistan is not.

Well Mr.Igorant,,, Judges aren' the nut cases who provides Bail to Every hackel Jackel,,, And they Are much much more informative and knowledgeable than u because they have examined the whole evidences,,,,,, and I have Heard Col.Prohit was denied bail by Court and was sent on further Police Remand,,,, !

The reason I pointed out that part was to show your lack of knowledge on the subject. RSS is not synonymous with Bal Thackeray. If you can prove the opposite through your vast knowledge on Indian politics, you are most welcome.

I have no doubt about the bold part. Nor about the capability of the judiciary in Pakistan. My comment was about the sincerity of GoP in getting the right evidence in front of that judiciary..

refrain talking about samjhota express because, the investigation is still on and till now no such proofs are being or were provided by Pakistan.

We have prooofs provided in dossiers to Pakistan against ISI and Hafeez Sayeed. Which you are neglegting.
