Hes sindhi not punjabi.... and education till matriculation in govt school is free.... hope Govt of Pak helps the brilliant student.

FSC in Govt college is also too cheap(better word affordable). I think it is total of 5000 PKR. This includes admission fees of college, two years of education in college, examination fees for both parts.

P.S he might be Sindhi but his markssheet shows he passed from Bahawalpur Board(Southern Punjab) also in Sindh you have one more compulsary subject "Sindhi".
