Food also plays a part..Most women would have been 1-2 points better in looks if they had been fed on a steady diet of animal protein,dairy and olive oil ...Spartan women were like that...

For men it's a double bind, not only should they be fed a heavy diet and put on rigorous physical strength regimen, strict measures should also be taken to see that they donot lose their "essence" through "self-pleasure" during teens

I am of the opinion this is the reason why Pakistan,India have not been so good Olympic wrestling and fighting sports
