Pakistan should learn from India on how a country is NOT run...
Hindus and Muslims can never be in peace together. Pakistans forefathers ideology proves right once again. I call for a new state for Muslims, carved out of Hindostan.

That is why the pakistan was created but it was proved that Hindus and Muslims can live to gather with some differences but Sunnis can not live with other Muslims at all. That is why this is happening in Pakistan.

This is a major riot in India after 11 years. But it is happening in Pakistan daily.

Considering the Indian Constitution is practically a carbon copy of the UK Constitution with a few laws taken from here and there from French and US Constitutions, the rights these Muslims have is technically the same as they would have in UK/France/US.

Also, other minorities like Sikhs/Christians/Jews/Parsis seem to be doing even better than Hindus on average, and they have the exact same rights as Muslims since they are minority communities too. At the end of the day, I personally have lost patience with them. From Kashmir to Bengal to now UP, they always create trouble.

If they want to live together and contribute to India, I will be happy for them to do so. But if they want to set up some kind of muslim ummah shop with islamist politics, they are free to go to another country and will not be missed.

Nair's are a lot more than foolish warriors. We are also great lawyers, great statesmen, great scholars, great scientists, great artists, great mathematicians, great doctors and great engineers.

Unlike a few other communities who love to live in the past and talk big, we actually live in the present and do great things. Our warrior skills is just ONE of our skills, it does not define us.

In today's world we get to hire others to defend us. I happen to have 2 security guards who guard my apartment building. Just an e.g. I think you should save your pity for someone who deserves it or even care for it.

I do not want to live in a society where I fear getting killed or my murderer gets to fear my child who wants to throw away his life to 'avenge' me. You are free to live in that utopia.

I would rather live in a nation that has zero guns and a strong rule of law with an efficient and working judiciary, and that is my dream for India. Where social stability is the norm and respect is grated to scholars and not bullies with guns.

Switzerland is a tiny nation who claim neutrality, with NO standing army, with a per-capita income of 79,000$ and population density of 188 person/sq. km, with clean mountain air and cool climate.

You are comparing that with India who has one of the largest standing armies in the world, one of the largest para military in the world, where the per capital income is 1,594$ and a population density of 382 persons/sq. km with hot and wet climate, Multiple religions, Multiple races, Multiple castes, multiple languages etc...

If you given guns to all Indians then it will be another Pakistan. , probaly a lot worse since our population density is much higher than that of pakistan and our difference is MUCH larger.

It will become a utopia where girls will carry guns to defend themselves from rapists ? Where we can never be sure that the person ringing our bell is not a robber carrying a gun who will rob you blind ?...probably kill your family and rape your kids. I would rather have Indians take decisions free of fear, to have the courage to face uncomfortable facts, to first understand dharma and then follow it.

Arms is the last resort. There is nothing beyond that and is the last act of a desperate man.

The whole point is to avoid such a situation.

It is better to run fast than kill fast. Especially if you have a family to feed. You kill only when you are cornered and have nowhere to run. That is nature for you. (human and animal)

Utopia is not granted in a platter...... we all have to work hard to achieve it. The real question is what kind of utopia do you wish for ? ... one with guns or one without ?

In the end we all fend and defend our-self. We all do it. I do it, you do it. Its the first thing any animal learn when they are born. What is new then ?
