Let's not pretend that this discussion never existed in South Asia. The South Asian culture isn't an imported culture. South Asia has its own unique culture and history. The South Asian culture doesn't promote crude and obscene behaviour. In this regard, the South Asian culture is bound to differ with cultures that abide by certain dress codes.

Having said that, banning clothes and other items isn't the solution. The world has lately become fragmented between a neoconservative and a neoliberal mindset. To me, both are at the extreme end of the spectrum. Whilst the conservatives seek to ban everything and anything the liberals are the opposite. Intelligent and educated people seek a middle ground.

Well those temples were aesthetically done and also not everyone was allowed to enter those temples, the ones who were considered more evolved or so to say educated, were the ones allowed to frequent those temples.
