They closed their FBRT devlopment long ago. Indianisnthe only country researching and developinFast breeder reactors.
Can you explain why USA need Indian thorium ??? Even without FBRT India has not that much use of thorium. Plus if you are suggesting for nukes they have enough to destroy earth many times
