If life is precious to the Indian gov., it wouldn't let millions of Indians go hungry to bed each night and 2 million childrenunder five die each year.

nice one...Indian lives not precious to Indian Govt...it doesn't matter to them if they die in railway accident, in earth quack, in terrorist attacks or floods or anything else they only make some compensation packages and get away with it and do not take a concern about never reoccurring about these type of accident...GOI what should i say about it...just buying weapons health, education, food, shelter doesn't matter

Good lord. An Indian just lectured me on my English... Maybe you should stick with Hindi.

I was just ridiculing you for being so cold blooded and ignorant. We don't starve our children here in China, because whether they have contributed to our society is irrelevant to their rights of survival. I guess in India it is different.

BTW, our laborers earn more than Indian white collar workers.

I never spoke bout China. Why poke ur d!ck unnecessary.

I said which is a bitter truth. Because of Capitalism and urge for growth, we are abating Upper class and ignoring lower class. Some reason why in Indi Rich are getting richer and Poor are getting poorer.

Dont shoot me for saying this. Our politicians shud be for blame. U r having good governance, enjoy it.

You are "abating" your upper class? Do you know what the word "abate" means?

.
When Indians rebuffed your suggestion, you are now trying to offer free advice to China?
Again I would advise our chinese members that aiding India's infrastructure would be China's huge pitfall in strategic sense.

Don't let profit driven mindset ambush your strategic interests.

Don't sell them any high-speed trains. Let them ride on top of their trains in a big pile of poverty. Respect their indigenous culture no matter how backward it is.

Yup. when i say we, i mean our politicians. And congrats to get the chance to pounce on my typo. read ABET. :)

I thot u wud understand obvious stuff. Sorry my mistake to think so. :D

Ha Ha. And finally a chinese who think his thots matter in his countries Political decisions. :)

To be frank, Life in India is subjectively precious. If you contribute to the nation, ur life is precious and otherwise.

HSR will be accessed by the elite and middle class who are heavy tax payers. Their security will be a very big media issue. So if you are charging premium in HSR tickets, better have the premium product too.

Hope u understand why Japanese n Frech Tech are imp for HSR per se.

Also, as far as i understand, HSR has many classification on basis of its max speed. So the maglev shud be from japs n french. The normal 200kmph max speed ones can be chinese owing to its cost factor.

I see, the caste system is alive and kicking.

BTW, the maglev is not HSR. The only commercial line in the world is from Germany but built in China.

Well you'd know a lot of doling out state benefits and entering recessions won't you? :P

We are not in recession and of course, we are a wellfare state and as a democratic country we can't and won't let the weakest people in our society live in slums and die of hunger.

Not Exactly. Caste System has declined drastically but now class system is developing. India is getting divided into Upper Class, Upper Middle, Middle, Lower, Poor.

Its a shocker for me that MagLev is not HSR. Please explain me.

Excuse me, in Germany or even in China lower class people are taking the same trains and get the same safety precautions when they ride a train. My city's commuter trains are used by the working class as well as the upper class and we don't even have classes for them. The banker in his pinstripe suit sits next to the blue collar worker is a common sight here.

Look up for maglev and HSR in google. They have nothing in common but solely being a mean of transport.

So thats the situation in India too. Local trains are the biggest example. We are talking here social classification in general. Not to argue with GErmany but in China the class difference is drastic. Dont bring both in came category. PS : Do see GINI Effect of China.

The Gini coefficient is generally high in developing countries, even in Germany we used to have a much higher Gini coefficient during the industrialisation period. But it's a fact that in Germany as well as in China all trains have to meet the same safety standard, regardless whether it's a slow train or a high speed train. The only difference is the price and hence the comfort.

I'm currently writing from Shanghai where I travel around a bit and go on a shopping spree (albei not as fun as a few years ago since the Yuan has appreciated a lot and every single thing is getting more expensive  ), I take the puplic transport as much as possible because they are frequent, safe, reliable and never get stuck in traffic jam.

Chinese have done a great job in building their network of high speed trains, but I would prefer a German or Japanese or French one right now for India
