ISI HQ really should move.

Comparing it to CIA HQ at Langley does not make any sense. CIA HQ is not nestled in the heart of the US capital with shared walls / directly neighboring one of the main roads and various other public and private buildings (universities, homes, etc.) CIA HQ is on its own huge site with very restricted access and no direct neighbors.

I know brother, I've been to both the central and some of the de-centralized locations --- what I meant to say is that whether it's an administrative or operational HQ, it should not be where it is (in my humble opinion.) A number of top DGs and their top staff (in addition to the DG I of course) DO sit here.

I guess blunder after blunder and getting clean chit everytime has landed us into pile of humiliation from siachen into kargil into WOT into..........
