The fire is a result of the missile hitting the ground and spreading everywhere, if the missile actuallt hit the vehicle, you wouldn't see such an explosion, you would see pieces of molten metal, and the explosion will be contained inside the vehicle for the most part.

yes im 90% sure, they released a video of the attack from a security camera, if that was the attack from that day then it shows the car moving away.
