If you look at the list closely, all of the searches were a result of media hype from Qandeel Baloch to Mrs. Trump, people searched for everyone who was featured on the media extensively (I am guilty of having searched for Momina myself . I also figured why Sunny Leon is not on the list, she must have been on the list a couple of years ago when she first came on the Bollywood scene, she is old news now.
