All depends on the manager and Boss....
If a Pakistani employ has Pak boss or even an indian, you might see him letting you away with it especially if you are a good employee, but then it varies person to person. However, that would be the opposite case for an arab boss but then again, varies by person. Some Arab bosses have a special liking for subcontinent employees and they genuinely treat them equally.

This measure of blocking SM and Entertainment is quite non existent and those who do, do it as just a precaution and forget it in time....
