Hey everyone, I am seeking some information related to jobs/careers in medical field of Pakistan army. Are there any job opportunities for neuro physicians (neurologist) and for pharmacists? What are the requirements? When can you apply for it (dates/months)? Any age limit? Any entry test? What is the process? And any information you can provide me with related to this topic, please do so.

Admission requirement for MBBS/BDS in Army medical college :

FSc (Premedical) with 70% marks or Equivalent A/O Level qualification, Minimum height requirement for female 4ft 8inch(145cm) while age limit probably 17-25 years

Dates of entry test are announced each year through local newspaper or you can contact army medical college for application forms, date of entry test. Fill the application form and then there will be entry examination test taken by AMC(Army medical College) followed by routine military procedures i.e medical exam, intelligence test then successful candidate would be called for interviews

You can try these numbers for information. Dont know if they are still valid

2 weeks pehle hi registration stop ho gye for GDMO and as Specialist

next in august this year

You can apply as a specialist but as far as i remember neurologist were never required in the january GDMO commission.

I have been through all the steps last month and now waiting for my interview in GHQ

Its best to contact the Army medical college for latest information/updates. There are limited seats and some reserved for Pakistani cadets in army and then there are some for national/international students. If you are Pakistani national living or studying abroad or if you are dual national Pakistani then i dont think criteria will be any different for them as you will just need the academic overseas qualification equivalent to Pakistani educational standard and dual nationals can apply under national or international category but if you are foreigners/overseas candidate then you will need to apply under foreign seats and will either need to pass entry test or need SAT II minimum score 550 in three subject(two of them have to be bio and chemistry)

SAT II is replacement of entry test for international students. You dont have to sit in entry test if you apply under SAT II
