Heavy price of India-Pak N-war: 21 mn may die, half of ozone layer will vanish - Hindustan Times

megaton explosions in a desolate Artic island are different then striking major industrial centers with flammable materials stored there. India's distribution of factories and industrial facilitates in and around its cities will cause massive secondaries. an example of what a smaller event one only has to look at the 2015 Tianjin Explosions from what one industrial disaster can do. just imagine hundreds if not thousands of these in each major city.

 Sorry, you have no idea what you are talking about.

Also Hypersonic gliders need a treaty between the major powers to create an export control. in the mean time, SPD is surely studying it along side its MIRV and Decoy systems. They will find a way to ensure Minimum CREDIBLE deterrence, even if India acquires what ever ABM system it chooses. Finally the investment in the Khushab facilities indicates a shift to hydrogen systems. the hardest part is the material because the government will find a way to get the know how, especially if that keeps India thinking a thousand times, like the current standoff.

No one is going to give you hypersonic weapons. And we are already developing BMD against hypersonic weapons also.

As for hydrogen bombs, let's see when Pak gets it. But it's not in the near future. Try post 2030.

.
Hypersonic weapons is something Pakistan has to develop on its own. In fact, this is one of those systems that will get put on export control lists, like nukes, SSBNs etc.

Pakistan does not have hydrogen bombs. And no, even 300 or 400kT is not enough. To affect the environment, you need bombs in the megaton range.
How do you know that we don't have a hydrogen bomb or staged radiation implosion weapon.

 Sorry, you have no idea what you are talking about.

What type of bmds are you developing against
hypersonic weapons can you name the programme or any tests conducted for which you will need a hypersonic test drone.
We needed nuclear weapons we have them we
Needed cruise missile we have them we needed
Mirv technology we have it so if and when we need hypersonic missile technology be absolutely sure of the fact that we will acquire it too.

And noone get kashmir why dont india come to table and talk like men for ever lasting peace for both poor citizens and we both than develop country not defence

India should learn one thing either go for nothing and blood and talk for better life for tommorow these attacks will never end of freedom fighters and history tells that you cant fight freedom of peopke

about half the world’s protective ozone layer would be destroyed, and a “nuclear winter” would cripple the monsoons and agriculture worldwide.

:lol::lol::lol:

So if we use 100 15kT bombs, which is just 1.5MT combined, we will see nuclear winter. But when the Russians detonated a 50MT bomb, nothing happened.

Wah, bhai. Logic and common sense RIP.

I not think this is true russia tsar hydrogen bomb was much powerful than our nukes but nothing happened when it is detonated nukes of india and Pakistan are overestimated to create fear in public and world but their affect will last only for few years

You might be interested in some research as to the targets of each of those. While Russian TRAR Bomba was tested over the Arctic Ocean, far away from life; our Nuclear Weapons would be targeting cities and so would cause a lot more damage to people and crops nearby.....whereas they will wreak havoc to nearby nations as well, in a matter of weeks/months.

I am not an expert on this but the Tsar Bomba was a H bomb, with fission being one of the stages. Maybe the fission stage is entirely consumed in the explosion and therefore no or minimal fission is released.

You don't have to believe me; the only reason I reply to you if for you to understand the extend of the damage a strike would cause on an Indian city; especially a very industrialized one. Look into nuclear firestorms. This is why foreign experts think 100 weapons used on the subcontinent would cause nuclear winter. the mass of other materials sucked into the fire would create a cloud around the earth, that would dim sunlight that crop yields would be significantly effected.

Hypersonic gliders are different then hypersonic warheads on a ballistic trajectory.
The Russians are betting on hypersonic gliders to get around US and European BMD programs, so it the way to go. The designs and data are out-there. there is no treaty banning the proliferation, and China may be willing to share some expertise, at least enough to get around the Indian BMD defenses so as to maintain the balance between Pakistan and India. They want to keep India contained. China operates the S-300 and S-400, it has been keenly observing western systems and can extrapolate capabilities of the Indian BMD system from its own satellites and spies. Selling Pakistan gliders will be a win-win for them. A sale and the balance of power maintained.

here is a look at the warhead

Nope. I'm pretty sure China should, and will, provide Pakistan with hypersonic missiles if India successfully deploys BMD to deter lunatics like you.

Exactly this is fake as shit

you need a 1 Megaton bomb to destroy city like delhi alone india

Rather than hitting Delhi with a single megaton weapon, 7 smaller 100 kiloton devices will do more damage and is technology within the reach of countries like Pakistan. If each warhead is equipped with decoys and placed inside a hypersonic glider it has a higher chance of getting through by shear numbers of 7 smaller missiles than one larger one. couple that with the fire storms in and around the city, and you start to see why most countries have switched to MIRVs and relatively lower yield weapons. accuracy is more important than yield, especially if multiple hits can be synchronized to do more than what a single device could do.

This is why Pakistan starts with MIRV; keeps going to Hydrogen devices, and will build in Decoys and Gliders to maintain its credibility. small steps that most wont notice till Pakistan has 200 warheads by the end of next year and closing in on 400 by the end of 2030.
enough for a credible first strike, and enough for a second strike if it is struck first. All while not breaking the bank. Its not a hegemonic posture, but a response to the Indian BMD and nuclear build up, such as India's new military enrichment and reactor plants.

lol pakistan maximum yield weapon is 40 kt

Great, keep believing that. If India can be deterred with 40 kiloton devices now, then down the line, Pakistan can roll out the 150-300 kiloton device at a parade to buy more deterrence value.

Have a great day.

lol you many nuclear reacter does Pakistan operate ???
is pakistan roll out 150-300 kt

india with its resources can roll out 5-10 Megaton weapons

Biggest threat to India is the anti national community which rots us from within.

They should be put down first.

The sickulars and katwas are Pakistan's trump card.

Buy SSBNs and ICBMs while you're at it too.
