all i saw was you promoting the killing of a lady because she went about with multiple men... okay, she complicated her life by having a fixed fiance ( if that is actually true )... but moralistic nonsense reasons ( adultery ) for killing a person is actually murder... and a system that promotes should killings needs to be destroyed.

Completely read my post and see it was in answer to what .If its acceptable to murder the man because he had out of wedding sexual relation with a woman without any trial then it must be acceptable to kill the girl for having out of wedding relation with the man and several other person ,in fact it seems the girl made a small business for herself out of these limited sexual favors.
In short my post is answer to someone who said it was not bad that the man was murdered without any trial because he was not faithful to his wife.

the lady get a fair trial three time and a total of nine judge decided she was a murderer and she get a sentence according to the law (one in the preliminary court then in provincial high court and then 3 in supreme court .)
if anybody have any complain they must made it against her first lawyer that his action made the family of deceased so injured that they refused to gave her any pardon no matter how hard the judiciary system tried to convince them .[/quote]

first you will have bruises all over yourself which she hadn't any and your clothes would be ripped apart while her clothes was intact enough not to attract any attention even from police when they came to the scene and he was still there watching among the gathered people.and second you wont reach the back of the guy unless he is lying on you and well that's not the ideal position for raping . otherwise yo only can hit her in the chest or axillary area not in the back .

1. the legal system of iran is controlled since 1979 by priests... they already are prejudiced against ladies and especially seek to control their sexual lives... so, it is not possible for the judges to have been not influenced by the priests.

2. this can have been a case of the man blackmailing the lady... he was a intelligence officer... and he must have been troubling her because iran's anti-human laws could get her jailed or hanged for her life-style, and that would have been his blackmail tool.

Actually this part matters even in the west, I don't like cleric government of Iran either but they have nothing to do with this case and if they did they acted justly. She deserves death.
