thought i will make a thread on health related free advise..not including body building lol
 
tag me for questions but keep it simple and its not treatment advise so still see a doctor lol
 
Please advise me how to stop fat from accumulating around stomach region
 

Get married. Your wife will ensure all of this fat can be used as some sort of beauty treatment.

But since its Yaseen bhai so i will say:

1) Sleep early and wake up early.
2) Eat once a day properly preferably just before sunset.
3) Drink water as much as you can.

honestly no rice wheat milk and you are good to go

High triglycerides, low hdl , high hdl.
Not overweight, generally healthy diet on salads, white meat or fish.

Long term family history for cardiac issues.
 
diet, mineral, supplements, Mediterranean diet nothing has effect on mortality or cardiovascular events..one of the studies that we were involved in was just published in Annals of int medicine..its just a myth..

the news was reported last week in every news paper from NY times, CNN to gulf news

good old weight, obesity & exercise are the things to look at

High triglycerides, low hdl , high hdl.
Not overweight, generally healthy diet on salads, white meat or fish.

Long term family history for cardiac issues.
hope you meant low LDL(not hdl)

Low HDL.
Diet is pretty healthy, work out three times a week as well.
 
lets move away from fitness and exercise we have fitness thread already
 
My HdL (healthy cholesterol) used to be around 43 in tests done 10 years ago, now it is around 37. My German colleague used to have HdL of around 47 and the only exercise he was doing was swimming once a week.

olive oil, Olives, black seed (kaloonji) are you using them?
