health questions thread (apart from body building exercise fitness)

I would like to share my health problems I faced this month so also pray. I was diagnosed with hepatitis a with jaundice enlarged liver which I recovered after spending 4 days in hospital and my lft became normal. After 2 weeks jaundice again returned with severe abdomen pain I again was in hospital for iv and treatment and after 4th day jaundice left but pain in abdomen remain and i am healing slowly rightnow I am feeling much better but still slight pain in abdomen. In my diet I am having fruits vegi boiled rice with chicken. So any advice would be appreciated thx.

hep A oral fecal infection..clean water..clean hands..has nothing to do with fruits..thus its not seen in USA apart from homeless people or IV drug users

what surprises me that you had it twice, 99% of people develop short term immunity so you should get it twice in a year or two..thus i suspect you had something else not hep A..did they make sure its not billiary obstruction (what did the ultrasound showed?)

randomized controlled trials have shown no benefits of diet, olives or anything apart from low grade benefits with fish oil and medium grade harm with vitd/calcium for cardiovascular events

just exercise, blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, LDL and may be TGs matters

Please advise me how to stop fat from accumulating around stomach region
-Do a 10 mins walk everyday.
-Avoid eating edibles containing white sugar and cold drinks. Use brown sugar instead.
-Stop drinking water at the very end when you are done with eating.

Thx I was telling about my recent diet I got jaundice when I had outside BBQ ,beef handi on friends night out.
In ultrasound only enlarged liver was shown with little to no gallstone also sorry it was hept e.

High triglycerides, low hdl , high hdl.
Not overweight, generally healthy diet on salads, white meat or fish.

Long term family history for cardiac issues.
May you live long,long enough to see first Pakistani on moon.

I like to drink cane juice when going outside in heat, should I be worried about hep A? Because Pakistanis hygienic standard are not ideal to say the least.

As far as I am aware, it should be proportionate to the amount of muscle training you do. If supply of whey protein metabolites outstrips demand for muscle repair/remodelling, some of the waste products of the whey protein metabolism can cause kidney toxicity.... even acute renal failure.
