Well only peaceful solution for Afghanistan is either it should become a neutral national state(which is impossible now) or be divided into smaller states on ethnic lines like Yugoslavia.
As for Hazarewals of Pakistan. I don't think they are in any sort of urgency to claim independence. Its not like every community in Pakistan want a country. Like what Punjabis want Punjabistan, Sindhis Want Sindhistan, Pakhtuns want Pakhtunistan? Just take all the ethnicities living in a countries add the sub Istan to their end and start feeling happy?
Such Demands rise only when a Community is being persecuted massacred oppressed specifically targeted by another community and their are genuine Ethnic Tensions between communities. I am sure most of Pakistanis cannot even tell a difference between a Hazara and a Pashtuun.
The only Oppression Hazaras faced in Pakistan was from Takfiri Terrorists who killed them on basis of specific sect of some Hazaras. And they were protected by Security Forces. So anyone can connect the dots.
