bottom line is that NATO, US and the West decided to engage Russia in a War of Attrition, rather than high end war with sophisticated weapons where West has the advantage specially in the air combat zone

War of Attrition means artillery, West has none

War of Attrition means land war needs land vehicles, West has none

War of Attrition means you have deep industrialise strength and production capabilities, West has none

so the doctrine is wrong the strategy is wrong and so the War is not going well
