Last time I checked, paying Muslims to hold dawahs and propagating Islam didn't spread hatred.

Wrong.spreading the message of Islam is itself spreading hatred.Entire quran is filled with verses how idolaters(which includes Hindus) are going to be tortured in hell.It is full of insults to non Muslims.It calls pagans and Jews hypocrites.When I read Quran,I felt it was directly threatening and degrading Hindus.Quran is the only religious book that talks about all other religions in offensive and insulting manner.
