something between these two , all votes , but for example if they find a voting box seal is broken then those votes are nule and not considered or for example if the find in a voting center some body give each persons 1 million to vote foe some body then those votes are also null and not considered or in a village a militant group take over the control of the village and made people to vote for some one then those votes are also null or if the vote paper have no seal on it the that paper is also nullified

but if somebody give white vote or wrote his pet name on the voting paper or his own name or ..... then these votes must be counted for total number of votes

if the 50% of the votes are invalid or nobody get 50% +1 vote then the election go t second round which must be held in the next week and in the second round the 2 valid candidate that have majority of the votes would participate and then in the second round the one who have more valid vote would be winner .
it means if in the second round 50,000,000 participate and one vote for candidate A and 2 people vote for candidate B and 49,999,997 vote for their pets and dolls and their favorite singers the the candidate B would be the president

بنابراین در محاسبه درصد لازم برای راهیابی به دور دوم باید آرای باطل قسم اول را نیز منظور کرد. یعنی نامزدی که بتواند از مجموع آرای ماخوذه، خواه باطل و خواه صحیح، اکثریت مطلق کسب کند رئیس جمهور خواهد شد، نه کسی که صرفا اکثریت مطلق آرای صحیح را کسب نماید.

There are many mullahs who are secular, but Rohani isn't a outspoken secular, because if he was, they wouldn't allowed him to run in these elections.

Rohani has won in Qom too btw.
