We built Nukes and spanked your Hindu brothers.

Pakis also have no shame begging around the world.

Coward people are fond of boasting but unable to deliver anything.

Unfortunate string of posts.

Let us visit one or two pages of history.

In May 1947, H. S. Suhrawardy (Chief Minister, Bengal & Party Head, Bengal, AIML), K. S. Roy (Party Head, Bengal, INC) and Sarat Chandra Bose (a Bengali stalwart of INC & brother of Subhas Chandra Bose) agreed on a proposal that Bengal shall not be partitioned and instead be given a full Dominion Status. This implied that British India be divided into 3 sovereign countries, named India, Pakistan and Free State of Bengal. Quaid e Azam agreed to and welcomed this proposal. The proposal was rejected by Lord Mount Mountbatten, on the plea that creation of a third Dominion would entail many complications, including wastage of time, and same was strongly opposed by the central leadership of INC, because they didn't want to forgo the western Hindu-dominated part of the Bengal. Nehru and other top INC leaders in fact seriously reprimanded Roy and Bose, on this proposal. The proposal was therefore buried.

If one care to read Lahore Resolution (1940), it also didn't conceive a single sovereign Muslim majority state, but talked of states. It was later decided that it implied a single state, named as Pakistan. There must be certain reason, that why this resolution is vague and clumsy, in certain respects; though it was framed and phrased by some of the best Muslim minds of their times.

Above mentioned historical facts show that a sort of political division or split, between yet-to-form West and East Pakistan, predates even the Resolution of 1940. Possibly, at that time, the intense emotional atmosphere of the period and the pragmatic need for a joint and united political front, before the combined power of INC and British rule, lead to putting and keeping this inherent cleavage aside.

In my view, this political divide had much to do with the geographical, and consequent cultural distance, or lack of proximity and contiguity, between the two parts.

In view of the above, it was no big deal, if the people of East Pakistan, wanted to have a separate and sovereign state of their own. The problem rose from the unfortunate and deplorable way, in which it occurred.

In my opinion, in March 1971, when the negotiation, between Sheikh Mujib ur Raman and ZAB, broke down and they totally failed to arrive at a consensus on the future constitutional framework for Pakistan; there should not have been a consequent military action; but Bangladesh should have been formed by amicable settlement between all concerned; as Pakistan was established in 1947. But, General Yahya, and his coterie, could not gather the necessary courage and resolve to implement, what was the need of the time. Pakistan, as a state, and the people of Bengal, then paid the heavy price of this mistake, or whatever one likes to call it.

Rest is history.

All of you are Muslims. This is month of Ramadan. I humbly request you all to hold your horses and don't spew this venom against each other. You wouldn't get anything out of it. It is very painful to read. Whatever has happened, has happened. Come out of your's own lopsided interpretation of history.

I have said this many times. You well almost never find me or any of the Pakistani PDFers start talking crap about Bangladesh.
However, the opposite is not true.
Bengalis come here, spew crap against Pakistan then cry when we retaliate.

Remember, they are infesting Pakistan Defense Forum, we are not on their site spewing crap.

We thought the cave dwellers have already taken over Kashmir. So when are you accomplishing it, after Qayamat? Coward people are fond of boasting but unable to deliver anything.

cave? man, at least be more creative.
And don't worry about Kashmir. We are taking on a nation 7x bigger then us. We don't just loose to Myanmar (which has 75% smaller population then Bangladesh) and call it a day.

You are right. I am not blaming you. I am only requesting. We may discuss issues in a controlled language and my request was to all, in fact, including myself.

I 100% agree.
But about a month ago, I told neptue that I was sympathetic to Bengali people and that there was no need for the animosity, and he basically sh!t on my face.
Since then I don't really care for them and their swampland, they take kindness as weakness and we need to show them that the British conquer them first and us last for a reason.

MA Jinnah didn't welcome that proposal, he wanted the whole of Punjab to be included in Pakistan as compensation. However, that's not why I'm writing this comment.

That plan wanted the whole of erstwhile Assam and NE to be included in the undivided Bengal. Our first Chief Minister of Assam Shri Gopinath Bordoloi and other freedom fighters from the NE were staunchly against the idea. Let's discuss this on some other thread, just thought this was a point that needed highlighting.

Agree. There is no harm in having discussion. Even severe criticism is OK. But it should be in somewhat controlled language and free of any religious attack. It is better to keep religion out of the discussion on political and social issues. I have a problem, when we say some body to be not Muslim or lesser Muslim. I believe that this is sole jurisdiction of Allah and should be left to His graciousness.

That's why you are known as shameless Pakis around the world and are equated with savage, brutish animals. Who have no shame bragging about doing atrocity against unarmed civilian population, have no shame surrendering and begging mercy from the vary enemy upon which it shows contempt or done atrocity. Just look at those NaPak animal troops laughing and smiling while doing surrender ceremony.

Pakis also have no shame begging around the world.

The bengalis were traitors

Did you want us to shower them with flowers?

We went to task to teach them a lesson they would never forget

Your posts are excellent.

Hopefully people will take heed.

Traitors were those who didn't hand over the power to the elected president and tried to remain on power by killing innocent civilians.

But thankfully our mukti bahini taught them a lesson of their lifetime and forced 93000 of those coward murderers to surrender and beg for their lives.

Just leave it man.

I don’t know if your religious or not.

But really it’s the last day of Ramadan.

Just restrain yourself.

The traitors attacked a muslim state in league with pagans, no muslim would do that

Thus they had to be punished

Our forces went through millions of bengalis before they were shagged out and out of ammo

It was only the right thing to do to extract them
