Has the navy started building new ships ?

Just an innocent query.
Pakistan Navy operates 2 deep sea oilers, a Fuking class and a Poolster class.
And one is being built by Karachi Shipyard in assistance with Turkey, now will the new oiler will further augment the navy,or will it replace one of the older oiler ,and if yes then which one?

Why is no one talking about Thunders for the PN? Like i earlier said PN might just need 3 Squadrons of JF-17 being based in Karachi, Pasni and Gawadar, would solve lots of the emerging problems especially the aerial threat for PN.
