So Our gene will have diversity. If you have Greek gene it doesn't mean ur ancestor were greek.. It only means one of your ancestor were greek and married to an Indian..

This doesn't make sense, because if they mixed with Europeans recently, they would also have the other components Europeans of today have. Haryana Jats are basically mix of West asian, Northern European and local south asian dna, Obviously these mixes happened long ago

I surfed a lot in that site but without success .

Kerala people over all are more west asian then their Tamil Neighbors, according to these samples.

Jatt population in India is not homogeneous and there is are lot of variation between two jatt clans from the same village. The best way to track Jatt population in India is their surnames.

Haryanvi jatts depending on the place can be Hindu or Sikh and the sample size on that website is too small to say Jatts are more European than others.

^ the samples are small, but Jats overall from different clans are showing elevated level of European dna. I think the problem is, we dont know if Jats have indian origin or central asian, the european in them is clearly linking them to outside India, but when did they come to India?. Also it seems haryana and UP areas have elevated level of European dna, even in other castes and groups, not as high as jatts but it is still there in reasonable levels. Ofcourse overall UP is still very much (south asian) because majority of their dna is still local. UP muslims though clearly show a outside ancestry, as they also have elevated levels of Caucasian and European and less south asian
