Happy shame day for Pakistanis.
And happy betray day for bangladeshis.
A day of sadness.

Nope....absolutely no class....since you guys won't let it go...Betrayal was what you guys committed against half of your population and brethren. Betrayal was what your politicians and army dictators committed by not respecting the results of a free and fair election.

So, how about we don't dig up history - history, that doesn't exactly paint you guys in great light....

You guys have your country and you seem to be happy with it...and we are more than happy to be independent and have our own nation.

Happy victory day to all Bangladeshis! I want the parade videos to be uploaded here please.

Off topic -
Its not a BD vs Pakistan '71 thread. So the certain Pakistanis who gets constipation from this can buzz off from here. Dont bring up your muslim bhai-bhai nonsense and pollute this thread.

@waz - This thread will likely go spiral-wire very soon. Please keep an eye.

What our army did in East Pakistan was condemnable. I on my part apologise for the atrocities committed against our Bengali brethren. Mujeeb ur Rahman should have been our rightful PM. Bhutto and military didn't let him. There was even some tinge of racism which is absolutely sick. Awami League for its part could have modified two of its demands in Six Point Plan, because it didn't permit federation in true sense. But that doesn't justify the military crackdown on our own people.

Anyways I wish Bangladesh all the best. May it prosper
Thanks for posting and speaking the bitter truth. As it is...it is a Pakistani forum and I can understand ppl being tetchy about it, it is a sensitive issue after all.

Which is why, most of us thus far, have stayed away from wanton bravado and bragging (there are many other threads for that purpose) - but, simply celebrated a victory that came at great, great expense.

Happy Victory Day!
Joy Bangla!

Brother to be fair, we betrayed them when we dumped their mandate and unleashed military action on them to keep them "under control". And I am ashamed to say this, but West Pakistani rulers deemed Bengalis "unfit" to govern Pakistan. Racism it was really. Which still persists as I saw on this forum yesterday. Let us wish best for our Bangladeshi brothers instead of calling them traitors which they are ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Mujeeb was an Indian agent and we did right by stopping slave of bharat ruling us, read about 1968 agartala case..

If Pakistan ever nukes India, it should make sure to nuke it's satellite state Bangladesh as well. They kill Muslims on the order of India.

I have nothing against the Muslim Bangladeshis as they are our brothers, but Bangladesh should sink in the ocean.

Happy victory.
Joi bongla moi bongla kangla bangla koja bangla. tarakkya wa bangla.

a very good day for Pakistan, Bengal was never part of plan to begin with, it was never part of speech of Allama Iqbal, neither was part of Now or Never; Are We to Live or
Perish Forever published by Chaudhary Rehmat Ali?

P =Punjab.
A=Afghania
K=Kashmir
I = Indus [added myself otherwise it have no meaning in now or never]
S= Sindh
tan=Balochistan

anyways very happy victory day to all Bengalis.
