Man forget about rafales.............we can and will equip our sukhois with these beastly radars............the cost will be nominal and we will get a potent platform comparable to any!!

After that if we don't have money at least the mig-35 or su-35 we buy will atleast have a good aesa and will be way cheaper than rafale

And the GaN aesa is many times more powerful than the usual GaA aesa,,,,so cheer up,we got options

There were rumours few years back that the total no. of TRx modules in FGFA radar will be close to 2000 in final configuration... Its still some time.. Lets see if there is any development in that ...

BTW GaN modules are a bit costly now..

No.......the N050 will have only like 1500 t/r modules but its ok as it has 2 cheek radars too each having 330-370 t/r modules

plus 2 l band aesa on wingtips and possibly one in tail section too

as for AMCA...........i am not sure the project even exists now!!

i am only hoping we install the fga 35 radar in post 1 on mki as the thing looks revolutionary!!
