There are more reason to it them Jews being wealthy and influential

1. There is a history of Anti-Semetism in Europe. Even Before Holocaust, Jews were thrown out of Spain by Torquemeda.

2. Hitler had personal Grudge against Jews.

3. Jews dominated socialists and communists which were enemy of Hitler

4. Germans held Jews responsible for organizing strikes during Spring offensive thus causing their defeat at a point when they had an advantage.
